  1. Webhook from new user signup sends customer email into the workflow
  2. Top level domain is extracted from the email address to identify the company the user is from
  3. Additional data is fetched from a variety of sources regarding the company. This data includes (but is not limited to) Business name, ARR, company size, industry, location and more.
  4. LLM generates a handful of potential example use cases and cost saving suggestions based on their company profile
  5. An email is generated and sent to the customer which includes these suggestions along with a personalized note encouraging them to reach out for more information.
